FAQs

what qualifications do you have for eft?

I have studied (twice) Level 1 and level 2 EFT Tapping with Tania Prince who is an EFT International (EFTi) certified advanced practitioner and trainer. I am accredited by EFTi and certified in level 2, which means I had to submit client case studies and practice a certain number of EFT sessions and hours to prepare me for submission. I have also trained in Level 3 with Tania Prince. Each year, I have CPD (Continued Professional Development) commitments to remain accredited with EFTi, as well as 6 hour minimum of mentoring with an advanced practitioner.

is eft for everybody?

Everybody has their own unique response to EFT, just has everybody has their own unique response to everything. It is totally individual as to how you take to it, my only suggestion is to give it a try. I absolutely love it. You know yourself better than anybody, and you know if something is for you or not and have the right to not participate at any time.

How do I book 1-1 eft sessions?

I am currently limited in availability for 1-1 sessions, but I am happy to chat about this and try to book you in. You can message me on instagram, email, or through the contact page and we can discuss a time.

Is EFT as effective in a group setting, such as in online group sessions?

Sharing a space with other likeminded people, is a great way to try EFT. Collective/group tapping can be so powerful because it eases you in to the practice in a subtle way whilst cheerleading other people and feeling part of something. In a group, we tap on general themes, but I do open the room up for shares, which do tend to happen a lot, and this can be so comforting to know you are not alone in your thoughts and experiences. I absolutely love group sessions and my clients find them highly effective.
